The project explores the dialogue between sculptural form and architectural light. Each space is designed as an independent composition — a study in proportion, reflection, and silence.

In the entrance hall, metallic surfaces with a gradient patina flow seamlessly into textured panels, illuminated by a hidden skylight that transforms the vertical geometry into a glowing volume. The atmosphere recalls the calm precision of a contemporary gallery, where every surface absorbs and reflects light with controlled intensity.

The private quarters embrace a softer language — warm wood tones, curved lines, and tactile fabrics create a sense of intimacy and calm continuity. The furniture is integrated into the architecture, becoming part of the wall rhythm and spatial logic.

The wellness and fitness areas reinterpret functionality as an aesthetic statement: minimalist, precise, and surrounded by natural textures. The garage follows the same sculptural discipline — travertine walls and soft indirect lighting create a serene, almost monumental environment.

Through a restrained palette and precise detailing, SANTAL defines a living environment where architecture becomes emotion — timeless, meditative, and deeply human.
